About the Class
Every class is a full session: warm-up, technique, drilling under realistic pressure, and a conditioning finish. You will leave having learned something you can actually use, from your very first night on the mat.
Classes run about an hour and cycle through striking, defenses against common attacks, escapes, and situational awareness. Everyone trains at their own level — instructors scale the pressure and the pace to the person in front of them, so a first-timer and a long-time member can drill together safely.
